Shady is a cognitive neuroscientist with research interests in MR methods development to acutely track developmental trajectories as the brain comes online and matures into adulthood. Shady founded Opscientia in 2021 based on a hack-a-thon project building an open ecosystem for launching and running a digital research lab in cyberspace. He is currently working on problems in peer-to-peer storage and data self-sovereignty to liberate siloes of scientific data.
